In the interview, he talks about the new ECW and how he doesn't think fans want to see really hardcore wrestling anymore.

Personally, I've just gotten tired of seeing Cena beat everybody he faces. I'll admit, I'm not the most feverish watcher, I catch maybe one or two shows a month, but I don't think I can remember seeing Cena take a loss in about a year. He just seems stale to me. At this stage, it wouldn't hurt him to take a loss, and it might just establish a new star, rather than burying people they spent an age building, like Umaga.
