Flair isn't in because he is still a full time wrestler, and it's well known that Savage/McMahon don't get along (especially with the rumors that Savage had sex with Stephanie when she was 14).
Glad you said "rumours" there dude! Vince has many people in there that he allegedly can't stand, so that doesn't really stack up (leaving "rumours" aside).
Bottom line is, as I said above, Bret could have easily had his brother inducted at his own ceremony if it meant that much to him. Clearly it didn't last year, so he shouldn't be whining about it this year.

Bret Hart just needs to quit doing interviews if he can't stop whining.
Owen Hart does deserve to be inducted to the Hall of Fame though.
