Johnny Ace has been burying Rob Van Dam's matches even more in recent agents meetings. He's been incredibly negative on him ever since he kind of mocked him during a meeting before a recent SmackDown/ECW taping (which was due to Sylvan Grenier being arrested for speeding the week before) when RVD said that the guys couldn't leave the arena during the afternoon to go to the gym anymore. RVD's comment infuriated Johnny Ace to say the least.

There is a lot of talk going around about Paul Heyman being brought back. He wouldn't be brought back to the creative team, but rather, to lead the 'ECW Originals'. People in creative are talking about booking Heyman's return to television. They might do an angle where Heyman cuts a major promo by saying that before he was ousted last December, he was simply doing what Vince McMahon was telling him to do. However, he's back and will finally stand up to Vince. He will then help lead his boys in their war with McMahon and the new breed of ECW. WWE has pretty much kept Heyman under contract to prevent him from possibly going to TNA.

As reported earlier, Andrew "Test" Martin has been suspended for 30 days for violating the WWE Wellness Policy. Test was pulled from house show lineups last week and was not at last week's ECW TV taping. It is believed that the series of one-sided losses to ECW champion Bobby Lashley last month were done to send a message to him.

Johnny Ace has to be one of the most unpopular members of WWE management from what i've seen.

I bet Heyman will have some things to say if he returns. Probably enough to get him fired for real .

I never cared for Heyman in an on screen role.

I hope he stays behind the scenes.

As a creative booker, I've always loved his work (aside from the recent incarnation of ECdub but do any of us know for sure exactly how much of that was him and how much was WWE?).

As an on screen character (manager) I don't like him that much, but I also think he is excellent as a colour commentator. Especially his year or so stint alongside JR. Man it was good to feel some genuine animosity/heat on commentary and have someone speak and put over the characters performing instead of just themselves, or puppies.

I remember his commintary for survivior series once.

However, I agree. It was funny because he'd do stuff like that once in a blue moon, whereas Lawler does it ten times alone on Raw each and every week
