This isn't really a spoiler since wwe.com posted it, but this happened at the RAW tapings:
Vince McMahon challenged Donald Trump (who was in the ring with him) to a match at WrestleMania. Trump accepted and suggested that they both pick a wrestler to represent them and make it a Hair vs. Hair match (with either Vince or Donald being shaven). Vince rejected, until the fans started booing and he changed his mind.
So on April 1, either Vince McMahon or Donald Trump will get their hair shaved off.
In fact Trump opted for the match to be them two in the ring squaring off, but Vince got scared and offered the representintitives and The Donald broke out the Hair match. Vince wouldn't, then Trump basically called him a wuse, and that it was it.

Re: Vince or The Donald: Hairless?
Lol, Vince is so obviously losing. I'm guessing he's going to go with the Eric Bischoff/Kevin Nash crewcut rather than being shaved completely bald (since that's what tends to go down in WWEland hair matches of late). Doesn't anybody do a "Molly" or a "Kurt" anymore!!
I've no idea who's representing who though. I haven't watched the show for a number of weeks.
I could see Hogan (repersenting Donald) vs Khali (repersenting Vince) with Hogan going over.
