Triple H emerged from quadriceps surgery at approximately 7:30 p.m. yesterday in Birmingham, Ala. Dr. James Andrews reports that the surgery went well with no complications.
The operation confirmed that the quadriceps tendon was completely torn off the bone and kneecap in his right leg, but was otherwise in good condition. The tendon was reattached to the patella.
The Cerebral Assassin was said to be in good spirits all day and looking forward to the recovery process. He told many that he was not nervous about the surgery because he was confident in Dr. Andrews' abilities.
According to Dr. Andrews, Triple H will need four to six months of recovery before returning to in-ring action. He will begin rehabilitation immediately in Alabama for the next three weeks before he returns home to continue with his physical therapy. The current prognosis is that The Game should be walking again in six weeks.

It's a big loss for WWE as honestly I dunno who Raw can go to for the main event of Mania. Both Orton and Edge could be there, but they have both seemingly been dropped from the top tier. HBK could do it if WWE built it up correctly but that'd most likley mean a heel turn for the golden boy John Cena.

Those pics bring back memories of monday lol. I wish I had pics of my surgery. One thing I am still surprised of is how small the table is they put you on. they have to strap you down or you would fall off.

eh this sucks triple h is my favortie wreslter and hes injuried again lol, who here thinks this is the end of d-x? like when he came back from hell in the cell with batista every body thought he was best of friends with ric flair and flair was attacked after there match...Who here thinks this could happen to shanw michales to trun hhh heel and end d-x? i think its possibale seeing as d-x was gonnna be enidng soon but idk,d-x might be over right now unless they put in more members in it hbk cant go by him self for 4-6 months with the d-x story line still going on so who knows i expect an intresting couple of months in the wwe

I could see CM Punk possibly going to RAW and join DX, remember how chummy they were before Survivor Series?
