Over at SportsIGN features an interview with ECWâ€™s CM Punk. Punk states that the C.M in C.M Punk originally stood for Chick Magnet. He said in the interview that he was surprised from the big reaction he got at WWE Survivor Series. CM Punk goes on to say that his match at ECW December to Dismember will indeed be on of his toughest matches. He said that his bloodiest match was a street fight in ROH. He also adds that his dream match would be to team with Benoit vs. Regal & Finlay.

Lashley lobbied to be sent to ECW after being frustrated with the way he had been handled on Smackdown. The move looks like it will pay off and Lashley is expected to continue getting a strong push and looks to be in line for a title run.

Rob Van Dam is frustrated with his current situation in ECW and is miserable according to multiple backstage sources. His contract is set to expire in the next 6 months or so, and he is said to be counting the days until his deal is up.

Some people backstage are wondering if Sabu is trying to get his release with his recent behavior. As was reported at pwinsider.com, Sabu has had major backstage heat recently for falling asleep backstage for hours at a time, and for other unprofessional behavior. "It's almost as if he's trying to get fired", one source told us.

Virtually all of the ECW "Originals" are frustrated and disappointed with the direction things have gone.

The ECW announce team had expected to be involved in some way at Survivor Series but when they arrived at the building for the show they were told they weren't going to be used.

the alternative to wwe is? hed be awesome in the x-division or the world title picture.

^ Yeah crazy stuff......soon enough TNA will have at least 6-10 stars which were huge in WWE a year ago, with them!

If TNA is able to sign RVD they will need a two hour time slot most definately. It is extremely difficult to build up fueds and new stars with just an hour each week. But it would be big for TNA if RVD were to sign with them and, since a lot of people want to see Styles vs. RVD I think it would create a huge buyrate.

rvd is the only guy from ecw i would take unless they need some jobbers. benoit is theonly other guy from wwe id take. and both are unhappy

Well, RVD would be a big addition to the TNA roster but, if TNA does continue to sign the majority of every former WWE star they will become like the old WCW. Remember that is one of the ways WCW lost a lot of money was by signing to many stars and, some of the stars they signed they only signed to stop WWE from aquireing them so they ended up sitting at home and getting paid for nothing(yes I know WWE done this with Hass, Foley, and Moore but they have the money to do that). Which also leads to another problem you won't be able to push every one to their potential nor, would you be able to build up the fueds properly. Which means superstars will unhappy. I would definatley sign RVD but after that I would just try and build up the stars I have already.
