There has been some talk at the WWE discussion table in regards to bringing back Kevin Nash, 47, and Scott Hall, 47 (48 next month). Should they return, the duo would come in to feud with DX once the McMahon vs. DX feud runs its course. The possibility of a "DX vs. NWO" feud seems to be much too hard to write off completely and that it should at least be considered.

As expected, there are some people within WWE who don't want anything to do with either Kevin Nash nor Scott Hall - all for different reasons. WWE sources are denying the possibility of The Outsiders returning to WWE, but they have admitted that the idea of them returning has been proposed within various circles.

Kevin Nash's TNA status is currently in limbo. If his contract hasn't run out already, it probably will soon. As for Scott Hall, in an interview with a Puerto Rico wrestling site back in June, he said that he was healthy and that he was training for a possible in-ring return.

Personally, the thought of DX vs. NWO intruiges me, and I think there was even a poster floating around here a few months ago for Survivor Series about it. Of course, Hall and Nash are so unpredictable, as well as unreliable. Either way, if it was truly NWO, you would need Hogan back. To have him turn heel again as "Hollywood" would have to come out of nowhere, since the guy just competed at Summerslam in the red and gold.

What are your thoughts on this? Could this fued work? Or would it be a lame, washed up version of the two great factions of the late 90's?

Absolutely hating the repetitive, "oh we're stuck, wait a minute, what can we drag from the past" attitude of the WWE.

On the other hand, in a sick and twisted way, I'd kinda like to seet it.

Leave the nWo in the past.... Nash and Hall are past their prime. This feud would stink.

I won't go as far as to say it would stink...I would pay to see it.

The thing is, I'd much rather see the NWO 'originals' go toe to toe with DX than to see some crappy, rehashed version of the NWO get unleashed with the Johnny Nitros & Shelton Benjamins of the WWE.

I'm a sucker for the nostalgic throwbacks though...I mean, sure, Flair/Foley would've been a whole lot better five years ago, but I still loved seeing them lace up the boots and face off at Summerslam.

i don't wanna see the outsiders wrestle i rather them be the mouthpiece of the nWo and recruit some new guys to take out d-x. nash and hall are old men that don't need to get in the ring ever again imo

I would like to see Scott Hall in the WWE again. I don't really care about seeing Kevin Nash, but I guess they would be good together as mouthpieces for the nWo like jfreeze101 said.

Hall is a mess, it would be a question of WHEN(and not IF) he would start drinking again and become useless. I would love to be prooved wrong though.

While I do like the idea of a DX/nWo feud, I don't think the current writers could pull it off.
