According to the Mayo Clinic (independent group that conducts WWE wellness tests) website regarding Lashley -
"A laboratory report of elevated liver enzymes is common. It doesn't indicate a specific disease. However, it may be due to a liver disorder, even if you don't have any symptoms of liver problems"
It elaborates further that more tests will take place. In the bodybuilding world, it's common knowledge that liver issues are often side effects of oral steroid use (as much as some people hate needles, they are actually sometimes considered safer!).
Lashley hasn't failed a steroid test, though he has put on nearly 100lbs of solid muscle in the past few years (he wrestled at 177 in college) which seems to indicate his liver enzymes issues could be related to heavy steroid use, not to mention most Doctors would tell you that putting 100lbs of solid muscle and no bodyfat on in a few years is completely impossible "naturally".
I seriously worry about this guy and his future, and if it means a few dud PPV's to try and educate and keep guys like him alive, I'll take that hit
