Rep Power: 19   | Today's Ottawa Sun explained that the main reason why Raw will not air live in Canada when it moves The Score because a condition of them getting a CRTC licence is that only 15% of the network's programming can live and by putting Raw on as it happened, it would put them over that figure. |
