Who Mr. Heyman will choose is anyone’s guess. Will he make that announcement on RAW tonight? WWE.com caught up with Heyman to find out.
“Well, first of all, I don’t think Mr. McMahon gave me anything,” said Heyman about his two draft picks. “I think ECW earned the right to have a draft pick from RAW and from SmackDown. And if you want to know whether I’ll reveal this information tonight, then you’ll have to tune in and find out.”

“We’re having this face off to clear up a couple of myths – namely one about me being some kind of prostitute,” said Foley. “If anybody has stood up for what’s good about sports-entertainment, I think it’s me. And if indeed I am a prostitute, then I’m just one with a new pimp named Mr. McMahon. And all things considered, I’d rather prostitute myself for Mr. McMahon than a low-life like Paul E.”
The situation between Foley and Heyman is a powderkeg ready to go off at any time. One thing is for certain, this will be one extreme face off tonight on RAW.

I posted what I thought in the Live Raw thread as well, but i'll breifly repeat it here:
I think RVD will win the WWE Title at ONS II and the next night Heyman picks him. As for SmackDown I think he will go with someone also with ties to ECW, maybe Joey Mercury(who use to wrestle in ECW as Joey Matthews).
This is a good idea IMO.

Agree'd, definitley something to look forward to, and it will shake up the roster a bit to create a few new feuds/styles of wrestling on the new brand.

Hopefully it won't be Mercury. The guy has no stock value in his name being used to promote ECW. ECW need to attract WWE's audience to watch their show, they're not going to do that by saying Mercury is over there.

The picks were confirmed on last nights Raw. I've put them underneath in white. Highlight to see.
I wonder about the one Mick Foley said from Raw. Heyman never said it, and I was thinking that the person in question was going to ECW by choice. Heyman did say that anyone who wanted to from either roster could defect. So I am thinking that the Raw pick is open.

I was shocked by his SmackDown pick since I never expected him to go to ECW. Hmm, I guess when I do this week's scores I will have to give him the 100 point defection bonus.

wwe.com has confirmed that RVD and Angle are Heyman's two draft picks.

Doesn't make any sense at all since Heyman said people were free to go to ECW if they wanted to. And his Raw selection has been billed as someone who would definitely do that, so why waste a pick?
