A litte old, but it hasn't been mentioned here yet:

WWE has informally approached Jeff Hardy in regards to returning at the end of the summer. However, he must be clean, as there is zero tolerance on his drug issues. Friends are saying that he is working on those drug issues.

If he's clean, can still go and wants to be there (therefore motivated), then he's an asset.

Just those three things though are huge "if's" in Jeff's case

I'd love to see Jeff back, but he has to be motivated. I can't be botherd watching a half assed guy just going through the montions.

If he does return the question is do you pair him with Matt or not?

If he came back I'd have him go to Smackdown. He'd probably be a major fource in the cruserweight division, maybe even stepping up to US title level if he shows he's commited. Matt could then keep a brotherly eye on him out on the road.

Imagine Helms, Shannon Moore, Matt and Jeff Hardy all doing battle against each other? That could be good.

I think I'd have him come back initially as a tag team purely to have a super over face team matching up with M-N-M to give them some good matches and get their momentum back.

Then I'd have him stable up with Helms, Moore & Matt in a heel stable kicking all the other cruisers asses and dominating that division for about six months till they all start falling out. They're all great friends too and I can see this being a big help to all of them, but it depends on Jeff really

I'm not sure when his contract with TNA expires.

I have my doubts about this. I'm not sure if Jeff will be willing to give up drugs completely and be motivated to work a full time schedule. If he did return the most obvious thing to do would be to team him back up with Matt. This would help Matt's career as well as help the tag division, and Matt could keep an eye on Jeff.

I think maybe having Shannon Moore and Jeff tag instead. Their personas could be similar enough to have them tag instead of Jeff tagging with Matt.

Agreed, yeah having the hardy boyds reform would create a 1 off rating spike but how long would the buzz last, have him come in and feud with matt, would be better if you ask me.

As above, I would have them tag, but only initially and for a couple of months or so. Simply put M-N-M desperately need those guys. A feud with a legendary team (and LoD with Heidenreich doesn't count) is what those guys need and deserve
