are they trying to take ppl from tna perhaps by locking them into low paying contracts...

Test is way more preferable to me than Chuck Palumbo and they've signed him!!

Test has suppossedly become quite the polished performer with his stint in Rikishi's set-up in Italy, so this could be an intresting signing.

I think the resigning of some of the talent right now is to bulk out the house shows a little, WWE seems to be thinking outside of the TV tapings (which currently relies on a very small talent pool) and bringing in names that fans at house shows will at least make a little contact with imo.
