No big suprise I suppose since he's been off TV since Armageddon. Randy didn't need him around anyway. I'm still kind of disapointed they didn't have Randy kill the legend of his father. That would have been a way to explain his departure.
No surprise here after the story about him having Hepatitis came out after the Armageddon HIAC where he bled all over the place, including on Undertaker, who like everyone else (except for Johnny Ace), didn't know about the Cowboy's condition.
I wish Johnny Ace would've been fired also. He's done a terrible job, IMO, since taking over for JR and for him to not disclose this type of information was extremely irresponsible.

This is too bad for me b/c I found Cowboy Bob to be infinitely more entertaining that his uncreative son. Probably more attractive too... no, not really.

I'm glad he's fired, thanks to that asshole The Undertaker was exposed to a very dangerous disease.
I agree with Dj, John Laurenitis should be fired. He's done a horrible job as head of talent relations, and now we find out that he knew about Orton having hepatitis b(or was it c?) and still let Orton and Undertaker bleed in their match.

I was happy to see him being let go. Storywise, I don't think he was helping Randy anymore but with that situation with the Undertaker, then that was pretty stupid to have him bleed. Anyone involved in that should be fired.

Thought I'd stick this here as it's somewhat related:
To update on the situation with Undertaker and Bob Orton, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Orton had hepatitis as a teenager and had actually forgotten he had it because it was 35 years ago. Apparently he was just sick for a couple weeks then never thought about it again. Randy also had no idea.
When Bob was recently tested by a WWE doctor, who is friends with The Undertaker and was alarmed when he was bleeding all over him in the Hell In A Cell. Bob then got another test was was told he was fine, which is what he initially thought as he has had tons of blood baths, always drank, and never made anyone else sick before. He is blaming the doctor for alarming everyone about it when there was really nothing to worry about.
Taker was alerted and was furious at Johnny “Ace” Laurinaitis, who knew the results of the test and didn’t tell Taker. Johnny Ace had to go to a house show and personally talk things out with a very unhappy Undertaker.
As you’ve probably guessed, these events are likely what lead to his release from the company
