Rep Power: 33 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Sting Appearance Leads To Record TNA Rating Source:prowrestling.com Sting's first appearance on national wrestling television since the end of WCW helped this week's TNA iMPACT! score a series-high 1.1 rating. The show, which was watched by 1.3 million viewers, posted a 1.0 in both young male demographics (18-34 and 18-49). Between the spike in the Final Resolution buyrate and the iMPACT! rating, it is clear that fans are interested in Sting's appearances for TNA. The company will tape a follow-up to his farewell announcement tonight in Orlando. | |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | That's good news for TNA...looks like the Sting purchase is paying off so far. I wonder how long they'll keep him off TV though. I don't think anyone's buying that farewell speech...maybe he'll screw Christian over at the PPV? |

Rep Power: 15 ![]() | The plan is for Jarrett to basically keep ragging on Sting until he returns(probably at the next PPV). I guess bringing in Sting was a great idea afterall, and maybe it will help convince Spike TV to give them more specials(like on February 13th when Raw is pre-empted for a damn tennis match). |
