The reason he's not appreciated or wanted still by many is quite easy to understand.

If you have steak every day for six years plus, you're probably going to grow pretty tired of steak.

I have no gripe at all about SCSA or The Rock coming back if they are actually able to go and get involved in the show.

If Rock is there to just do a 20 minute comedy rant or if SCSA is there just to do some lame "what" chants and stun somebody that then has no chance of ever getting the receipt....then no, I don't want them there

Obviously I agree with everything Meltz sayz period, EXCEPT JOE!!!!

My suprises were Sonjay Dutt's ommision from the technical list, Joe's inclusion in a technical list (I concur he can brawl but not the best technician just has a few submissions for when he's tired), Orton's "over-rated" status and by far Mike Teney being considered best announcer.

I'm glad someone other than myself remembers back to how good the HHH/Batista fued was and I'm also impressed that Batista's improvement was recognised too.

Just a note for everyone: The WO's Year-End Awards are voted on by the subscribers of Meltzer's WO Newsletter, as well as many current and former pro wrestlers and Meltzer himself. So, when analyzing the list, don't put all the credit/blame on Meltzer, he had just 1 vote, same as everyone else who voted in all the categories.

For the purposes of these awards, I think it's safe to say he's there for his work in ROH and elsewhere. I also felt it would be bogus to classify him as "WWE" when he is in fact OVW.

OVW is still part of WWE, just like DSW is. Since he hasn't actually appeared on WWE TV yet though I don't think it's a big deal he wasn't listed with WWE here.

Kobashi is an animal.

He's way better than Triple H. When he's in the ring you completely forget it's pro-wrestling and it's a couple of homos rolling around in the mud, you think it's a real fight.

Did you see the Joe-Kobashi match? Joe's chest was busted open after taking something like 50 straight chops towards the end of their match (for the entire match it had to be close to 100 overall). Just brutal stuff.
