We will keep you posted. At this time, WWE is not allowed to use the term WWF due to a lawsuit filed and won by the World Wildlife Fund.

I think it's just in the UK that they can't use WWF, but they thought it would be easier to just change the name everywhere rather than change it just in the UK.
I wonder what they will do with this, they still can't use the intials WWF. Maybe Vince will make a deal with the World Wildlife Fund to use the name. I actually like the name WWE so I don't mind if they stick with it.

Really? I remember reading when it was happened that they just wern't allowed to use it in the UK, I guess it mush have changed.

I remember some people thought that was they change their name somebody would be stupid enough to think they could start a wrestling promotion using that name, i'm surprised no one has tried to do that yet.
