Ken Kennedy's ascension up the WWE ranks looks to be on hold for the time being. He just suffered an injury similar to Batista, a lat tear, and he's out indefinitely.

-- According to reports, Ken Kennedy suffered a lat tear that is said to be even more serious than the one Batista experienced a few weeks ago.

Kennedy is now out indefinitely.

It isn't known when the actual injury took place. We hope to have more details when they are available.

Ken Kennedy's injury is very serious. he tore the lat in his back on the recent overseas tour. Kennedy tried to work through it, but the injury was much too overbearing. Surgery is scheduled later this week and he will be out of action for at least six months.

I hope this isn't related to that finisher of his. It looks awesome, but I'm now thinking back to when I first saw it and a friend of mine (who used to wrestle) saw it and said "jeez, he's going to be injured real quick real soon"

On a serious note!!! I don't think he could do that since Buffer has patented/trademarked/whatever the phrase. I remember reading that a while back so they'd have to pay or get his permission for that one.
