Vince said that in regards to creating characters, "We have the ability to go anywhere." Vince said that the reason the Arab character didn't work is because "of the individual playing the character." A burial of Mark Copani. I have never wanted to punch Vince more. |

Rep Power: 24 | Hassan departs WWE TSN.ca Staff According to a story posted on WWE.com, Mark Copani, known to WWE fans as Muhammad Hassan has parted ways with World Wrestling Entertainment. Hassan was defeated by The Undertaker at The Great American Bash in late July and removed from TV after the American SmackDown carrier, UPN requested that the character no longer be used following a questionable segment the day of the terrorist attacks on London's subway system. Hassan was widely regarded as an amazing performer on the microphone, and would often cut incredibly passionate promos. WWE.com claims that Copani will now pursue a career in Hollywood as an actor. |
