Triple H's RAW absence has been the subject of a lot of talk lately. He is supposedly being kept off television for the purpose of selling his 'Hell in a Cell' injuries. However, the word going round at the moment is that he is apparently upset with Hulk Hogan's return to "his program."
One wrestler is quoted saying, "Hunter is so confident in the power and influence he has, he's not all that threatened anymore by anyone, not even Hogan." Consequently by stepping aside for the time being he will be missed, therefore will be appreciated more when he finally returns. The wrestler continues, "It's not like he's worried about losing his spot."

Slightly off topic but it has struck me that, in Hunter's absence, more attention is being taken to allocating numerous feuds.
We've had a lot of Raw PPV's in recent times where the build has been just about the main event and all other feuds have suffered in comparison with many being of that awful variety where they seem to realise the Monday before the PPV that they have to arrange another three or four matches quickly to fit the PPV timeslot.
However just on Monday, and bear in mind we still have quite a few weeks before Summerslam, there were numerous feuds sharing attention. Matt/Edge, Kane/Snitsky, HBK/Hogan, Jericho/Cena, Carlito/Shelton and that's without putting Kurt Angle in one yet.
Interesting to hear that little aside from JR about Hunter's eventual return that really sounded like he was coming back face. Of course, that could be interpreted in anyway though. With HBK, Angle, Edge and Jericho all heeling at the moment though it wouldn't surprise me if he, at least temporarily, returns as a face down the line.
The show is refreshing at the moment and has a good pace to it (although the Diva bits are brutal) and I've enjoyed it since he left purely because it's allowing others to shine and take up the rope. There's certainly no need for him to hurry back but I'm sure, after a while longer, I'll start missing the big lug.
I agree with everything Bulldog said. It's nice to see non-title feuds not only recieving lots of air time, but even being booked well. There's some good stuff going on
