It looks as if Matt Hardy has turned down WWE's offer to return. We should have more on this very shortly.
Brock Lesnar did not sign a WWE contract yesterday but all indications are that he will be back shortly.
Both JBL and Batista don't appear to be taking part in Monday's SmackDown! house show in Portland as they are advertised for a dark match at RAW. They've been promoting this for weeks in the New York City market.
Big Vito, Axl Rotten, and Balls Mahoney are all scheduled to be at SmackDown! Tuesday. No word on if they'll appear live on the show.
Well looks like hardy is going to tna and also the ecw thing could still be on with the news of balls, axl and vito on smackdown next week possibly.

If true then it's surprising. Maybe he has more ethics and morals about him after all. Sure WWE pay a lot more but if he earns more than enough to be happy and can afford to stick a finger up to them then good for him.
Life isn't all about money. If I worked for a company with a girlfriend, she shagged a colleague of ours and then I was released, I certainly wouldn't go back if they clicked their fingers a couple of months on. Especially if my lifestyle was good enough to not have to.
Well if it is true I will give him credit for sticking to what he preached. He talked over and over about how disgusted he was for what they did to him and how they are exploiting it in the Lita/Edge/Kane angle. And how fans should stick it to WWE. If he really did turn them down then no one can say he's a hypocrit.
If he actually isn't going to WWE he has my respect for practicing what he preaches. And my opinion is going back to WWE he would get a brief push being injected into the angle that basically exploits something that apparently cut him deep. With the people who did it to him. Then afterwards he would end up in an angle that would have him losing an intergender feud to Christy Hemme, or getting Viscera's gay porn finisher delivered in multiple matches or something else equally demeaning. If they use him for television at all. And I have little doubt he wouldn't be back in the unemployment line within a year. Beacause if there is one thing WWE is good at, it's holding a grudge and "punishing" people regardless of how good it is for business.
And the fans are not going to buy a "woe is me" internet campaing a year later after coming back from this one within a few months (esecially after WWE is done burying him
Maybe all those years in WWE tought him what would wait for him when he came back and he decided it's only money and it wasn't worth it. I have to admit while I wouldn't do it in his position (I would like to think I would. But I probably wouldn't.) I kind of hope he does tell them to screw off. This mess may be partially his own fault but it would be nice if someone told WWE "I don't care if you are the begining and end of wrestling right now I am not kissing your ass."
But I don't find his reality show to be this "wonderful" programming that he keeps describing it as. Hogan's show is the only new reality show lately that I find mildly interesting, due in part to Hulk's charisma overall.
