As I previously reported, there was an incident early in the day backstage at ECW One Night Stand on Sunday between the former ECW vixens Francine Fournier and Dawn Marie. Each side is claiming the other insulted them. The word going around is that Dawn Marie was very upset that Francine blew her off upon when entering the building and refusing to shake her hand. Marie felt that Francine was disrespectful, especially since she was an outsider and Marie was a WWE star.

Francine was contacted for and she denied disrespecting anyone, saying, "This did not happen that way. Dawn came over to me and said "Hi". I extended my hand to her and we shook hands. I then said "How are you?" She said, "I see you are as pleasant as ever", rolled her eyes and walked away. I just ignored her comments. If she called me a b***h, I didn't hear it. I didn't disrespect her in any way and I did shake her hand. We are not the best of friends but I shook her hand because it was the right thing to do. Whoever told the story is lying to make me look bad. There were people standing with me that saw me shake her hand. Awww.... gotta love people in wrestling."

Several people at the show actually thought that if Marie wasn't pregnant and there may have been a physical incident between the two, as they didn't get along well during their Extreme Championship Wrestling run.

It appeared that Francine replaced Marie in the catfight spot at the end of the show, due to Marie's pregnancy. Marie was in the ring with Beulah McGuillicuty, who based on comments made in shoot interviews by Francine, there is also friction with.

On "WWE Byte This" earlier tonight, Dawn Marie confirmed that she was pregnant. Seeing how she's pregnant, she said she'd obviously have to miss taking part in the next divas bikini shoot this fall for 2006.

Dawn Marie also said that some of the women of ECW don't like each other backstage just like their fueds on-screen. That was obviously a vieled reference to her confrontation with Francine.

Dawn Marie also said that WWE welcomed her pregnancy and that they had no problem with it as they are very family orientated.

Also, Francine posted more on her incident with Dawn Marie at ECW One Night Stand on her message board....

"I truely thank you for sticking up for me over there. Dawn's fans will believe her and my fans will believe me. I admit, I wasn't like "hey Dawn what's up" or anything like that because we are not by any means friends, but I would swear on anything that what I said is the truth. I have no idea why she would run to Johnny Ace and cause trouble over something that never happened other than to make me look bad in front of the WWE office (who today told me not to worry about her at all). So I'm not worried because dispite what she says, they all know that I went in there, gave 110% and didn't complain about anything I had to do.

As for the person who posted on there that Dawn and I had it out in ECW about mic work, that never happened. I never demanded mic work because I was scared to talk! Paul pushed me to make me better and I'm glad he did because now I am so confortable talking. As for not being nice to this person, I can't remember being mean to anyone ever (unless they were rude to me first) because the fans mean everything to me and I value each and every one of you. If I was rude to him/her, then I'm truely sorry. If he/she doesn't like me, they are allowed not too! I do whatever I can for my fans because I love them. I'm sorry that this person feels that way but I can assure you that what I say is the God's honest truth. Don't start a war on there for me, it's ok and the truth always comes out in the end anyway. Thank for letting me know what people are saying!"
