SNME Coming back to NBC?

I heard a couple places that NBC may bring back WWE Saturday Night's Main Event. I always loved those when I was a kid.

Maybe Crock can look into this to see if it's true..

I highly doubt this is true. While it IS true that NBC/Universal signed the deal with WWE to put RAW back on USA Network it's unlikely that the main branch would shift the same show back and forth. This rarely ever happens with TV. Look at Viacom and CBS as an example.

It would be cool to see though.

Bring the brands back together, cancel Smackdown, start up SNME.

Yeah, that's a problem with SNME right now as well. There's no way they could support a third big-time show. NBC would cancel it right away.

It would be great if they did that or at the very, very least canceled Smackdown.

It use to be in the SNL timeslot. If people are up to watch that then there are people up to watch SNME.

NO doubt !! That would be so sweet. I remember watching that whenever I could as a kid. I really loved SNME !!!

Ya, like I said in another thread about SNME, I use to check the TV guide every week in hopes that it would be on. It was the highlight of my week to buy a TV Guide lol.

Yeah, but what people are forgetting is, we did not have RAW of SD! back then. SNME was like a PPV. Today we have alot of PPVs and 2 big shows a week. SNME would be useless.
