Hunter & Steph in charge AGAIN!

Credit: www.pwinsider.com

With Vince McMahon on the sidelines while he rehabilitates his quad injuries, running the TV tapings and last night's PPV has largely fallen on the shoulders of Stephanie McMahon-Levesque and Triple H. More and more, people in the company are telling me that they are concerned about the long-term health of the company with Steph in charge, unless she makes some changes in the way she does her job. Numerous people have told me that, unlike her father, Stephanie is not at all receptive to any kind of constructive criticism or thinking that does not fall in alignment with hers and she makes it pretty obvious to those who don't agree with her. The fear is that it will create an environment laden with even more "yes men" than the company currently has, which is not a good thing. During her father's injury absence, Steph has been described as "in over her head" and act like she knows everything. She ran last night's show largely solo and according to the people I spoke with today, it did nothing to alleviate their fears for the future.

Triple H was not at last night's PPV due to him working last night's Raw brand house show in Erie, PA. So, he wasn't there to help Steph run the show.

I have spoken to a number of WWE employees today and not one of them has described last night's show as anything better than "fair", and that was only one person. The rest didn't even rate it that highly.

I do find it funny that people dis Steph and HHH just bacuase Vince was not there like somehow they went and re-wrote all the storylines and changed matches right away for that night. Come on, it didn't change a thing. All she had to do was produce somewhat like she always does.

Everyone wants to give the credit for the bad stuff to them but not for the good stuff like Hassan and the Batista storyline. The fact is no one has a clue who does what and it is just a reason for people to complain and someone else to blame.

I would think that everything leading up to Mania would have been set months ago.

Exactly. Obviously the rumor mill is desperate for any bit of info they can get these days and Vince being away one day and the show being fair has nothingto do with Steph or HHH.

Just because the storylines may have been worked out doesn't mean that the wrestlers and staff don't have to be in any contact with Steph.

I do agree though, most of this seems like bullshit.
