"Celebrity Justice" has obtained court documents in which former WWE champion Stone Cold Steve Austin accuses his ex-girlfriend, B-movie actress Tess Broussard, of putting a gun in his mouth before turning it on his friends, members of the Los Lonely Boys band. These shocking allegations are part of a $185 million countersuit filed by Austin -- real name Steven James Williams -- against Broussard.

Broussard, whose credits include "Sinful Temptations" and "Andromina: The Pleasure Planet," talked to "CJ" about the demise of her tumultuous relationship with Austin last year, telling us, "I'm absolutely dumbfounded and shocked with all this craziness going on."

Austin's spokesperson, Alan Mayer, says the breakup turned into a legal fight last August when Broussard allegedly stabbed Austin's attorney with a steak knife.

"It was an unprovoked attack that was witnessed by quite a few people," Mayer told us. He said the incident occurred at Il Fornaio, a popular Italian eatery in Beverly Hills, the same night Austin had discussed the breakup with Broussard. "Steve was going to pay her one-point-five million dollars for her to get on with her life and get out of his life," Mayer revealed.

Broussard was arrested and carted off to jail, but the actress told "CJ" she was framed, and implied the attorney stabbed himself. "He looked like he was doing something to himself," she insisted to us.

Broussard then filed a $20 million suit against Austin and the alleged stabbing victim, accusing them of -- among other things -- false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.

Austin's countersuit alleges Broussard has a history of irrational and abusive behavior stemming from excessive drinking and drug abuse, but Broussard's attorney, Peter Morris, contended to us that he's not afraid of Austin, saying, "Intimidation is his way that won't work in court."
