Steve Austin and Vince McMahon will announce this Wednesday in Hollywood, California that the two sides have come to terms for a three movie deal for the former WWF champion with WWE Films.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and legendary superstar Stone Cold Steve Austin will be on hand this coming Wednesday January 18 to announce their agreement for a three-picture deal under the WWE Films? banner. WWE Films will produce and fully finance the films under the supervision of Joel Simon, President of WWE Films. Most recently, Steve wrapped a supporting role in The Longest Yard, starring Adam Sandler and directed by Peter Segal, scheduled for release by Paramount later this year.

Stone Cold Steve Austin's first project for WWE Films will be The Condemned?, written by Rob and Andrew Hedden. The film will be executive produced by Vince McMahon and George Vrabeck. The film will be produced by Joel Simon in association with Sidestreet/New Wave Entertainment. The story deals with a cop on death-row who is given a second chance when chosen to compete on a deadly reality show. Pursued by ruthless killers, his survival and the key to his freedom depend on him surviving long enough to take down the one person responsible for putting him behind bars.

Aside from the Stone Cold Steve Austin deal, WWE Films, will produce and fully finance another two to four films a year. The first film out of the gate is The Marine?, currently in post-production in Los Angeles after wrapping production on location Queensland, Australia. The film stars and marks the motion picture debut of WWE SmackDown! ? Superstar John Cena (currently seen every Thursday night on WWE's Smackdown! on UPN from 8:00pm-10:00pm EST.), and co-stars with Robert Patrick (Terminator 2, Ladder 49) and Kelly Carlson (Nip/Tuck).

WWE Films is also in post-production on the tentatively titled Goodnight?, starring WWE RAW? Superstar Kane?, also making his motion picture debut. The film is described as an intense horror movie with a unique and unusual setting. WWE RAW Superstar Kane can currently be seen every Monday night on WWE Monday Night RAW live on Spike from 9:00pm-11:00pm EST.

As we reported and noted on RAW last night, Steve Austin and WWE will be holding a press conference this Wednesday to announce his movie deal. Austin had been talking with WWE for the past several weeks and always kept in contact with several within WWE from the time he left.

Austin is currently on good terms and is planning to work WrestleMania 21. Details of an actual return have not been discussed but a verbal agreement of sorts has been reached.

If these are at all indicative of the actual script, these are going to be laughers. I'm stunned Rock isn't up for any of these roles - chances are, he turned them down.

The Austin one may be good if has a good supporting cast and hes not got a lot of lines. The Marine and Goodnight will suck balls i'd bet.

The Rock has a crazy ass schedule for filming at the moment. He wouldn;t touch any of these turkeys.

The Marine actually has a decent cast. The Condemned may end up being good (hell, I'll see it even if it looks like crap), and Good Night...well...I most likely won't catch that one (although it's a good thing that the title isn't Eye Scream Man anymore).

I should note that The Condemned is co-written by Rob Hedden....who wrote and directed Friday the 13th part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan. I know that's bad news to the lot of you, but hey, I love that movie series.

None of these movies will make a ton of money but I don't supsect they are going to spend a lot of money making these movies anyway.

I'm sure they'll get back what they spend at least.
