Well once again it's been a long time, but I'm a lazy fella. We just came back from Europe and it was a great tour. I'd never wrestled in Finland or Wales before and I hadn't wrestled in Germany since 93 (although I played there with Fozzy in 02). England is always a great time as well, so over all it was a fun experience as usual. The fans are so excited to see us and that definitely rubs off!
I'm looking forward to Taboo Tuesday, as it's something different and that's always good. Hopefully I'll get to wrestle someone that I've never faced before.
I also just celebrated my 14 th year anniversary in the wrestling business...I can't believe I've lasted this long. I remember when I first started that I wanted to wrestle for 10 years and that was gonna be it....I lied!!
We're working on a brand new overhauled Fozzy website right now, with Webmaster Lee taking over the helm. I'm sure he's gonna do as good as, if not a better job with that site than he has with this one!
Once again I apologize for not doing a commentary for so long, but time just flies and I'm always so busy. That's not an excuse, it's just the truth. I will seriously try and be more frequent with these little ditties.
For those who wanna know, I survived the hurricanes okay. I lost power in my house for a couple days on a few occasions, but that's better then losing your house!
I was saddened to hear of the passing of Christopher Reeve. I had deep respect for the man and I had the pleasure of working with him for four years in a row at the Superskate charity in NYC at MSG that he was the organizer of. He was a very strong willed man who is an inspiration to all of us. I'll always remember the overall size of the man. He was huge and he really dwarfed the chair that he was confined to...but he's flying now!!
Ray Traylor was another great person who loved his family deeply. It's enough to say that I respected the man and the world is a worse place without him...
I suggest that everyone check out Shaun Of The Dead. It's a hilarious movie, very well done. It's the first ever rom zom com...romantic zombie comedy. Very original to say the least!
I've also been getting into Japanese horror movies as well. They rule! Audition is one of the scariest films I've ever seen and that's saying something! Battle Royale and Ju-On are great as well. They're hard to find, but well worth the search if you want something different.
Be well my friends and I look forward to seeing you on the road!...
