- Recently, John �Ace� Laurinaitis has been asking around to indy promoters for guys to bring in to a training program. Laurinaitis said that he wanted to stock the program with guys who are at least 6-2, and 250 pounds. He noted that the company is looking for big guys, and that it doesn�t matter if they can work or not, and that will not be thought of as prime importance.

Many wrestlers are very angry about these apparent �size requirements�, as a lot of guys currently on the WWE roster do not fit them. Many are very unhappy with how the company is bringing in tall muscled up guys, who are not good workers, and/or cannot get over with the fans.

I don't know why I get bothered by this, but if you're going to post news items like this one, try to credit the correct source. Ryan Clark did not write that story. He may have rewritten the original, since that's a tactic that a lot of "reporters" use to get out of crediting their source, but it's not his story. One of my readers e-mailed it to me yesterday, I think it's from the Pro Wrestling Torch.
