WWE Hires Renee Paquette

Renee Paquette from The Score, and in particular the Aftermath program which follows WWE broadcasts, has been hired by WWE. Her last day at The Score was Friday. We profiled her back in February: Aftermath's Paquette blazing a trail that started in grade school.

Pacquette should be familiar to any of our Canadian WWE fans on here. For the non-Canucks, Pacquette worked for The Score, an all-sports channel that carries most of the WWE programming here in Canada. Pacquette was one of the three hosts of Aftermath, which has two shows per week - one after Raw and one after SmackDown - where they analyze and breakdown the happens on the show. Quite entertaining.

Pacquette was one of the best parts of the show. She is funny, loves wrestling, and is hot. And now working for the WWE. Curious what she will be doing for them.

I actually job shadowed her two years ago. Great for her, she might be a backstage interviewer.

I heard backstage interviewer as well. This is great news as Papa stated, she has a great love for wrestling and was the best part of aftermath.

I hope WWE keeps her name.

I hear from mah homies in Canada that she's gonna commentate NXT. Arda must be pissed.

She doesn't know shit about wrestling though.

That would have been fun. She seems like she has a fun personality. I dig that.

I wouldn't call her an expert, but she is reasonably knowledgable. I don't get the impression she knows anything outside the WWE, but she seems better than the "average WWE fan". Arda Orcal is similar to Mauro Ranello (who is sometimes on the show) in that they are fairly hardcore fans. You can bring up puroresu stuff with them and they get it.
