Details On Lita's Departure From WWE; Future Plans

The reports & rumors on Lita leaving World Wrestling Entertainment are indeed true as she plans on ending her seven-year relationship with the company by the end of November. She doesn't plan on renewing her contract, which is set to expire by the end of next month. Lita will be finishing things up by Survivor Series, give or take a week in either direction.

Lita is leaving to pursue a career in local acting in Atlanta. She has a few plays and and potential independent film roles & leads lined up. Most likely, she'll end up doing local theatre in Atlanta. Regarding her future in wrestling, WWE believes that she'll wind up in TNA at some point due to the schedule.

Also, the latest issue of WWE Magazine surprisingly teases her forthcoming departure by saying that "she will possibly (be) moonsaulting her way out of WWE."

I like Lita, she's pretty awesome. But unlike Trish, the girl has nothing going for her. She can't act, she isn't funny, and no where near as attractive as Trish.

Hopefully she has thought this through.

She probably has a lot of money. I thought I read somewhere that she doesnt really live that crazy. I thinks he has a basic apartment, or house, does basic shit. Doesnt spend her money like an idiot..

Good for her. I guess she doesn't live with Matt Hardy anymore since the whole Edge thing.

lol she should write a book. It would be cool if she just admitted to being the whore that people say she is, or atleast trying to explain. She did write a book before, but I'm sure it was just some bullshit WWE piece of shit book...

I read it too, in like grade 7.

I was alright, had some interesting bits on the Hardy Boy. Nothing really interesting had really happened in her career up to that point though.

Good luck to her in the future.

Her association with Edge made her bearable and relevant again, and she did turn in a decent performance for Trish's retirement match.

Can't really see where she'll go outside of wrestling given her lack of acting ability, well can't see where she'll go where she'll make good money anyway! (porn aside!)

I'm actually more concerned about Edge in all this. He's been the group's MVP for quite some time now and his relationship with Lita has played a key role in that. Maybe they'll put another diva with him (someone that usurps Lita) or alternatively let him ride alone for a while? I'm sure he could do it, but maybe they're going for a heel stable thing off him and Orton (apologies if this is out of date, not read any wrestling stuff or seen any in a couple of weeks)
