To follow up on Mike Johnson's report on Wade Barrett's elbow dislocation that he suffered at Raw last night, WWE.com reported today that Barrett will be undergoing an MRI and will miss at least 6 to 8 weeks, which means he is out for WrestleMania. That was a stiff spot for sure.

Actually, Wade had a spot in the Chamber when I already thought that something went wrong. He did an elbow drop from the 2nd (???) rope, and after landing (without the opponent countering it) he either sold it like it was real...or it was real. After that spot, he was barely seen until eliminated so I think that might have caused the damage in the first place.
Too bad for him, I really starting seeing something in him during the Chamber match...and I don't say that about a lot of WWE talent.
Evil Admin. He was pinned almost immediately after the failed elbow drop. Santino moved out of the way, Bryan hit the flying headbutt and Santino got the win. Barrett was in the match for 20 seconds tops after the elbow.

He was fine before it happened on raw though and him cursing and seeing his arm just flapping around I think it's safe to say it was when dolph landed on him.

I saw that spot and instantly knew something was wrong. Ziggler looked bent in half (*cringe*) and I was darn near certain he was injured. Then I watched it again, saw Barrett's arm go wrong, and cringed again. Thank goodness Ziggler is okay, but I hope Barrett has a speedy recovery.

And goodbye Mania payday. Good news for Ziggler but kinda sucks for Barrett. Dislocated Shoulder is around what? A couple months. Maybe they will keep him around on the show in some capacity.

4 months for a complete dislocation, 2-3 months for a partial dislocation. That is considering and taking into effect physical therapy, sling and splints times. Either way he is out for Mania which is a shame.

Terrible and unfortunate news. This was a guy I expected to be in a decent situation towards Wrestlemania. It's a shame he's going to miss it.
From first look at that fall, I'm really surprised Ziggler did not end up with a broken jaw or a concussion, so good to hear he's okay.
