As we noted earlier this week in the PWInsider.com Elite section, this Thursday's Impact will feature Jeff Jarrett being fired.
Jarrett is being written off TV as he'll be going to India several times over the next few months to head the company's new TV product for the Colors Network there. I haven't heard he'll be wrestling there but one would think at some point, that would happen as well.

...But....but it doesn't say he's retiring? It just says he's going to work in India and will probably wrestle there down the line.
Good character on TV but this is a well deserved break.
I honestly think the end of Jarrett as an active competitor is long overdue. I'm in no way saying Jarrett isn't talented but honestly the luster of him being credible against any of the young talent is a bit much for me. His matches with Hardy have been meh for me and even before that his stuff with Angle was good at best, mostly because of Angle being incredible. I'd like to see Jarrett turned into an authority type figure or even a manager would be great but I'm sure he'll be back in a few months working with the latest WWE signing. I'll try to stay optimistic however
Jeff Jarrett was always only a mid-card talent in my eyes. He just happened to get pushed higher. He was always a very good talent, just not "next-level". I wont miss him, and he wont be gone for too long. He'll be wrestling for 10 more years, just likely less and less (that is to say as long as TNA is in business).
Karen is OK. Nothing special. She is over with the Impact Zone-type fans, which is a thing all it's own. A very small bubble. She is attractive and looks great for her age. She has minimal talent and wouldn't be missed at all if she never appeared on TV ever again. Like Jeff, as long as TNA is around and as long as she is with Double J then she will have a part to play.

Well last night they fired both of them so hopefully we won't have to see Jeff for a really long time, and I hope we never have to see Karen ever again.

Is Jarrett going to travel back and forth from India to Mexico? If so, those are going to be some hectic few months.

He'll probably spend most of his time in India though, to get the project off the ground. I don't think Jarrett is wrestling all too often in AAA regardless of him being the champ. The last I remember he had a match in October.
