To give you an update on Joey Mercury's status, he is still in drug rehab. He's been there since June.
I'd like Scorpio back in the WWE but in ECW as i feel he'd be better there than stuck on either Raw or Smackdown.
And he can still do it in the ring, when i saw him at 1PW he still could wrestle a good match and even pulled the 450 off which was surprising.
Mercury i'm not to bothered about but it would be nice if he came back and did something.

Mercury deserves a fued with Nitro if he comes thru Rehab ok. Rehab is a big step in anyone's life and if he completes it correctly then in my eyes that earns him a shot at the obvious WWE fued. After that it's down to crowd reaction, work ability and keeping clean thereafter.
Having 2 Cold Scorpio back in ECW would be cool for sure, despite his age. If he can still go, age shouldn't be an issue. Shawn Michaels is 124 years old and he can still get it done in the ring!
