WWE should act fast and have another Diva get knocked up. They could coin it so both Candice and said Diva got knocked up through poorly chosen one night stands. (Let's say they both fucked Festus)
They can then bring back the One Night Stand PPV title and book the Main Event as Candice VS Said Diva in a "Morning After Pill On A Pole" match.
