They must have been staking him out for a while as well, the cops don't just raid somebodys house on a whim. If he's convicted, he's going away for years. It'll probably a while before we hear anything else.
Btw, another loophole in the policy, is that you can have a 'Doctor Friend' prescribe you drugs, and get away with taking that way. Need some PK? Have a friend who is a doctor? You're set.

Yes, I have a GIF of two women kissing.
Yes, it's hot. Yes it's Megan Fox kissing another woman from Jennifer's Body. Yes, it's hot... owait, I already said that. Yes, I'm aware this makes me sound like a total lesbian. But this scene? UNF.
Jeff Hardy will some how make it out of this unharmed I think. He doesn't have much of a past does he as far as arrests?
He'll probably enter rehab etc.
Lex Luger was arrested on the exact same charges pretty much, and did no jail time.
Quote:
On May 1, 2003, Hulette died in the townhouse they shared in Marietta, after mixing pills of hydrocodone, Alprazolam (Xanax), and anabolic steroids (testosterone and saizen) with vodka. Pfohl was arrested later that day after a search of the residence revealed a number of illicit controlled substances, including anabolic steroids, OxyContin, synthetic growth hormone, testosterone, and Alprazolam. He was charged with 14 drug possession counts, 13 of them felonies. He was released the following day on $27,500 bail. Hulette's death was eventually ruled accidental. Pfohl pled guilty to the charges on February 3, 2005. He was given a $1,000 fine, sentenced to five years probation, and required to submit to periodic drug testing.
Hardy wont do jail time.

Poor Matt, he should just lock Jeff in the basement and toss a couple pudding snack packs down every couple hours so he doesn't go bankrupt from bailing out his crackhead brother every other day.

If he had that many drugs you guys honestly think he was really tested in WWE? Or do you think that Jeff hadn't been tested for awhile, and started doing drugs again. He probably figured if he got a new contract they'd test him right away. Just a theory.
This.
Assuming there is something behind the arrest (could have been released on bail easily enough), then its not surprising at all. But it does make me wonder about the WWE's Wellness Policy and how easy it might be to subvert.
