Ugh, it has never been vise because that is just bad spelling. Honestly, what the fuck is a vise? Sounds like a retard mispelling visor. It's Vice as is the tool, a vice. OVW had a TV and therefore weren't indy... Please show me where you have seen it spelt vise because it's amusing that you nitpick minor grammar and spelling and get a word a 10 year old could spell wrong.

You might want to do some basic research next time. That took me about 20 seconds to find. It's always been "Vise" in WWE.
Also, my local wrestling promotion (which gets about 50 people per show) has a TV show too, should they not be considered a indy fed? Lots of wrestling promotions have TV shows. OVW was always a indy fed, they just had a working agreement for several years. Are you familar with the NHL? They have a working agreement with the AHL where NHL and AHL teams become affiliated with each other, but the AHL is still an independent league.
