I'm sure his lawyer is a dumb ass if that's the case. If he's charged with a DUI, surely he was breathalised and found to be over the limit? That's irrefutable(sp) proof he was drunk.

I got a dui when I was 18, had a pretty good lawyer. It was pretty much an open and shut case but she told me to plead not guilty. Even though I was 18, and any booze on me is automatic DUI.

Basically if you plead guilty then it's on your record. I pleaded not guilty, and then I got a suspended sentence. If I did the classes, and paid the fine it would go away.

If I plead outright guilty right away then I would have had that on my record.

In that case, maybe Piper has outstanding warrents that would involve further jail time if he were to plead guilty out right... Or something. I don't understand law. Haha!!
