The problem with Jillian is that she has some talent without being great, thus she's jobbed out because she's able to make others look good. She's not horrible, meaning she doesn't win like Kelly, but she's not great in terms of a WWE diva, meaning she doesn't win like Melina.

For those asking about Jillian, apparently shes engaged or is getting married, one of the two, and that's why she's not wrestling. I wouldn't be surprised if they released her, but they might not because Raw still needs a jobber. Damn shame too. If only they allowed her to do her SSP.
