A few weeks ago WWE Corporate put out a listing for a female ring announcer. This led to speculation that Lilian Garcia was leaving. Lilian has confirmed on her official website ( To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. in the Lilian's Corner section) that she will be leaving the company when her contract expires at the end of the year. I am not that upset really, she is the worst of the three ring announcers WWE uses and she has been messing up recently. I would love to see Justin Roberts (easily the best active ring announcer in wrestling) move over to Raw when this happens.

She's not actually getting the boot. According to Lilian, they posted the job opening after she gave her notice to WWE.

I don't mind Lillian, but can't say I care for her either. This makes no difference to me, but I find it amusing that they aren't even considering men for the role.

Meh, just a ring announcer. I actually preferred her over Tony Chimmel, mostly because Chimmel always sounded drunk or something. Justin Roberts, however, is awesome.
