There is already talk within WWE of replacing Tiffany as the General Manager of ECW in the near future. A lot will hinge on what Tommy Dreamer decides to do.
His contract is legitimately expiring soon and there is talk of making him the General Manager of ECW should he decide to re-sign with the company.
Internally, the feeling is that she isn't projecting well enough in her role and believe she has poor delivery on the mic.
This would be an amazing thing for the ECW Roster. I want to see this happen.

I understand WWE lucked out by putting Vicki Guerrero as GM when she had no experience, and as a result they have built one of the hottest heels in the company. Even with that said, I think it's dumb putting people like Tiffany and Mike Adamle in GM spots when it seems they are destined to fail.
The thing I don't understand is that there are always great alternatives to the guys WWE chooses. It's kinda like how WWE no longer uses male managers as mouth pieces. (Aside from isolated cases.) Despite the fact that they could be a huge catalyst to getting extremely bland guys who otherwise have all the tools over. (See Bobby Lashley).
Could be an interesting move. While she might be attractive, I don't really see the appeal of Tiffany as GM beyond that. They set it up a bit with the role under Teddy, but what exactly qualifies her to be a GM? At least Dreamer has the connection to the real ECW.

I have no issue with Tiffany at all. She's doing the job she was given, and in my opinion she couldn't be doing it any better given her limited experiance. She's better on the mic than a great proportion of the other Diva's and she appears only when needed, unlike Vickie who appears far to often these days, and as much as I personally love her routine, it gets old when you've seen it four or five times over as two hour period.

I would agree with that. Its not that I think she could be doing a better job at this point - I realize she's very inexperienced - but simply that I don't think she's great for the role. As a temporary thing, she's fine. But if they are planning to keep her in that GM role long term, I would hope she would improve.

Honestly, what the hell is Dreamer going to bring to this role? If they aren't going to keep him around as a nostalgia mid-card act they might as well just take him off TV altogether.
I would agree with that. Its not that I think she could be doing a better job at this point - I realize she's very inexperienced - but simply that I don't think she's great for the role.
