John Cena Added To Wrestlemania Title Match

<o></o> This past Monday night, John Cena was officially added to the World Heavyweight Championship match at Wrestlemania when he revealed security footage of Vicky and Big Show’s kiss the previous week on Raw which resulted in Big Show becoming the number one contender for Edge’s title at Wrestlemania.
With his inclusion, it will mark Cena’s sixth consecutive Wrestlemania where he has been involved in a title match {5 World Titles, 1 US} <o></o>
Mikk’s View: Fairly obvious Cena would be added as they couldn’t leave someone like Cena out of a title match. Reasonably nice build up as well with Cena teasing he was in love with Vicky only for it not to be true.
Latest Hall Of Fame Inductee. <o></o> <o> To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
</o> As announced on Monday Night Raw, Koko B. Ware became the latest name to be included into the class of 2009.
He joins Stone Cold, Ricky Steamboat, Bill Watts and The Funks in the class of 2009. <o></o> Mikk’s View: Interesting choice, I doubt it’s due to his WWE work as it wasn’t very memorable, so many more deserving names though before Koko.
<o></o> Diva Battle Royal Added To Wrestlemania.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Wrestlemania, 25 divas from the present and past will be in Houston to fight it out for the title of Miss Wrestlemania.
The only confirmed names so far are Women’s Champion Melina and Diva’s Champion Maryse however rumours are going around that Torrie Wilson, Sunny, Trish Stratus and Wendi Richter have all been contacted and may make an appearance.<o></o>
Mikk’s View: Could be interesting if they can get the diva’s the people may be interested in seeing again.
Former WWE Champion {and current IC Champion} Invests In OVW.
<o></o> <o> To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. </o>
Former WWE and now current IC Champion, John Bradshaw Layfield, has invested in former WWE developmental territory OVW.
JBL’s Layfield Energy Drinks Company had formerly been a sponsor of OVW and now JBL will become an investor to help his long time friend Danny Davis.<o></o>
Mikk’s View: Good for him, shows he’s not a complete douche.
<o></o>
More WWE Releases. <o></o>

Kizarny, Afa Snr, The Boogeyman and development talent Ryan Braddock were added to the list of the released over the past week. Of course, WWE wishes all released the best in future endeavours.
Mikk’s View: Not surprised some of these were released, The Boogeyman should have gone a long time ago and Kizarny should never have debuted. <o></o>

Samoa Joe Returns At Destination X
To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
On Sunday 15th March, Samoa Joe makes his in ring return at Destination X as he squares off against Scott Steiner.
This will mark Joe’s first in ring TNA match since December 18th when he was in a tag match with AJ Styles against Kevin Nash & Sting in the six sides of steel.<o></o>
Mikk’s View: Good to see Joe back and hopefully this will put the spark back into the Main Event Mafia vs The Frontline feud as it seems to be lacking as of late with the focus going on Sting vs Angle.
Celebrity To Wrestle At Lockdown

TNA Wrestling announced today that Philadelphia-based disc jockey Danny Bonaduce will have his first pro wrestling match on Sunday, April 19, at Lockdown, inside the lethal six-sides of steel.
Bonaduce, the former wise-cracking son on the 1970s television series The Partridge Family, is the morning drive DJ on WYSP (94.1 FM) in Philadelphia.
TNA Wrestling executives would not comment on who Bonaduce's opponent will be, but confirmed that the TNA Wrestling Superstar will be in Philadelphia next Friday, March 20, for the official Contract Signing, to be held on-air during Bonaduce's radio show.
Mikk’s View: I hope its Abyss in a weapons match <o></o>
Knockout Not Happy With Current Pay
To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. <o></o>
TNA Women's Knockout Champion Awesome Kong recently made it clear she's not happy with newcomer Brutus Magnus (real name Nick Aldis) making more money than her. Many feel it's hard to blame her as she's done so much for the company whereas Magnus is still very green and his only claim to fame before joining TNA was working for the UK version of American Gladiators.
Magnus is considered to be a project of TNA president Dixie Carter — the main force behind the company's decision to acquire him. It's been said that Carter cares more about charisma than in-ring ability. <o></o>
Mikk’s View: Kong should be earning far more than that useless lump. For what Kong has done for the Knockouts division, she should certainly be earning more than a guy who is very new to the business. <o></o>
Booker T vs WWE Continues
To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
In an interview with the Miami Herald, TNA wrestler Booker T discussed the problems he's encountered with his Wrestlemania weekend charity event as World Wrestling Entertainment pulled several people from his Fan Fest. Booker says Torrie Wilson was pulled from his event due to her scheduled match at Wrestlemania.
"Ron Simmons is still within his 90 days, and they told him he can't do it," Booker said. "Torrie Wilson is involved in a match at Wrestlemania, so they thought it was a conflict of interest. I don't know how. Nick Bockwinkel hasn't had anything with WWE for quite some time, and all of a sudden he's doing something. Tito Santana has pulled out as well."
The former WWE World Champion was shocked by his former company's response. Booker says he doesn't know why WWE sees his event as competition.
"I was surprised more than anything because it is for charity," Booker said. "I don't think that PWA is riding the coattails of WWE. This is the city of Houston. A city I've grown up in."
"I really think we're taking the high road on this. We're not trying to bash anybody or beat anybody up. Hopefully, we'll get a donation from WWE for our foundation. Hopefully, they will give money to the foundation and try to do damage control."
Although Booker T didn't list the actual match, one would assume that Torrie will be participating in the 25-Diva battle royal.<o></o>
Mikk’s View: That’s really crappy that WWE are pulling people they barely or never use out of a charity event. And I agree with Booker, WWE should cough up a nice sum and donate.<o></o>

Tyler Black vs Jimmy Jacobs in New York?
To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. <o></o>
March 9th: Jimmy Jacobs of the Age of the Fall has suggested that the ROH Booking Committee allows what he calls a “day of reckoning for those that stand against the revolution”. Tyler Black, meanwhile, has been requesting a shot at Jacobs for March 21st in New York, the very location that Austin Aries and Jacobs laid Black to waste at Final Battle 2008. Jacobs hasn’t ruled out the match, but has been steadfast that any such match would have to take place under terms that he, and only he, sets. “Tyler Black is blinded by the sheep that mindlessly chant his name. As is Necro. These are prime examples of the kind of weakness that the revolution is pledged to eliminate. Black wants his revenge? He wants it at the 'scene of the crime'? Well, I know I’ll have Brodie Lee at my side, and if need be, I’m sure Austin Aries could be persuaded to fight fire as well. But we shall see if Tyler Black is willing to meet my demands, because that is the only way he’ll ever get another chance to exact the revenge his shallow soul desires.” More on this at it develops<o></o>
Mikk’s View: I hope they get the match booked and put Tyler over and convincingly. Jacobs has never really excelled whilst Black has been a shining star in ROH and will hopefully be champion by the year’s end.

The Sandman Confirmed For To The Extreme!
To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
1PW can confirm the return of a former ECW World champion on April 18th and 19th at To The Extreme. That man is none other than "The Extreme Icon" The Sandman!
When looking for an opponent, 1PW officials decided to turn to one of their own, the man many consider to be the icon of 1PW: Ulf Herman. Herman is synonymous with the company and is undoubtedly 1PW's own answer to what Sandman was in ECW. So on Saturday April 18th the two will go head-to-head to determine who really can be considered the best!<o></o>
Other names confirmed for To The Extreme: <o></o>
Jerry Lynn Nunzio Kid Kash Balls Mahoney Ulf Herman bWo {Blue Meanie & Nova} Too Cold Scorpio ROH Champion Nigel McGuinness<o></o>
Mikk’s View: Great event and some real ECW nostalgia for those in Doncaster.

Re: Inside The Ring: The New Generation! *Spoiler Warning*
That was pretty sweet Mikk. If you did these every week you would make me a happy camper. Love the additions of the gifs as well.
Also, Booker dropped a bombshell it seems that Torrie Wilson will be at Mania? *Marks out!!!!!!* I would love to see her lead a heel stable of Divas. There is no need for her to wrestle anymore due to her back problems, so why not just have her valet or manage. It would be great to see that picture perfect body back on my TV on a weekly basis.
