The taping started with Teddy Long coming out to the ring to discuss the ramifications of one of ECW's superstars at the Rumble. After a recap of the Hardy/Edge match, Teddy said that Matt Hardy has requested a release from ECW so he can go to Smackdown. Teddy said that was fine with him. Teddy then started to preview the night's matches but was interrupted by Jack Swagger. Swagger announced that tonight there would be a Championship Celebration in honor of him being the new face of ECW. As Swagger and Long left the ring, Boogeyman came out from under the ring for a match with Ricky Ortiz. Ortiz tells Boogey he doesn't need to have worms to get people to cheer him, all he needs is a Ricky O Rally Towel. Boogey charged Ortiz, did the worm bit and Ortiz left the ring.
We cut to the back with Jack Swagger telling Teddy Long that he can't find his Championship belt. He thinks someone stole it and wants to know what Teddy is going to about it, because he needs the belt for the Championship Celebration. Teddy tells Swagger he's not going to do anything and Swagger can ask Tiffany for help.
(A funny side note, during the commercial break, they showed some footage from the WWE's most recent trip to the Middle East. The film started out with former President Bush talking and he got booed in a very big way. I'd say he almost got the most heel heat of the night, second only to Randy Orton.)
First match, Finlay (with Hornswoggle coming from under the ring) defeated Paul Burchill (accompanied by Katie Lea).
Backstage, Swagger finds Tiffany backstage talking to Ricky Ortiz and asks her for help finding his belt. After the break, we see Swagger backstage continuing to look for his belt. He asks Mark Henry if he took it. Henry's response was "What if I did?". Swagger backs off.
Next match, Mark Henry defeats Tommy Dreamer.
After the break, Teddy Long, Tiffany and Swagger come out to the ring. Teddy says whoever took the belt should just bring it out now and there would be no repercussions. Swagger takes the mic and demands his belt back now. Finlay comes out and says he thinks Hornswoggle might have the belt, but they should forgive him because he sometimes gets into things he shouldn't. Hornswoggle comes out from under the ring with the belt. Swagger accuses Finlay of putting Hornswoggle up to stealing the belt. Finlay says Swagger must not know him very well because if he wanted the belt, he'd take it from Swagger himself. Swagger pushes Hornswoggle, he and Finlay brawl a bit. Finlay lays Swagger out with the belt. End of show.

To be honest, Hardy should be on ECW to do exactly that. People would watch SmackDown for his "debut" anyway... And I don't really see why, with the current talent sharing going on between all three brands why Hardy has to not be on ECW anymore. Makes no really sense in pulling the shows top guy really.
