I'm going with Rock for the same reason as I picked him over Eddie. Just so many great matches in such a short period of time. Rock 2000-2002 tops Rey's whole decade imo.

Rey Mysterio, easy. Rock barely did anything this decade, Mysterio was much better when you take the whole decade into consideration rather than just the first 2 1/2 years.

Rey Mysterio, easy. Rock barely did anything this decade, Mysterio was much better when you take the whole decade into consideration rather than just the first 2 1/2 years.
It's not about who was around the longest. Rock's best work was this decade, and in my opinion his matches during that time are enough to top Rey.

Yeah but not the only factor. It's not like Rey obviously wins just because he's been around so much longer. Rock's best matches this decade are all better than Rey's best imo.

I havent voted yet, and may not vote at all, but best match vs best match is a crude and limited comparison. It works if you are comparing guys who have similar careers, but it's only one of many factors that should be considered.

Yes I am aware of that. As I said, I just think Rock's few years at the start of the decade were good enough to beat Rey.

To the surprise of many (or none depending on who cares) I pick Rey. I'm not entirely sure why but my gut instinct is telling me I've enjoyed Rey a million times more this decade.. maybe just because of seeing him for 7 years straight.
