Battle of two guys who many consider overrated.
I am a big fan of both, but Michaels has had the better decade. There have been some great Jericho matches, but a lot of his best have been against Michaels, while Michaels has had a lot more great matches outside of the Jericho ones imo.

Have to go with Michaels here, although Jericho would easily beat most of the indy wrestlers still in the competition.

I like Jericho but these two really have no business being this far, atleast we get one out here.
Went with Jericho. Far more consistant, way less formulaic, not nearly as many bad performances, etc. Probably less high end stuff than Michaels, but the guy is better on the whole. Dude was also better in their matches by a LOT.

I went with Jericho as well. He can still get the chemstry we want with a lot of the guys, and he's shown that with good matches versus Cena, Benoit, and Michaels.

Went with HBK. Jericho is ehhh if you ask me. He's really, really good.. But not on the level as HBK is.

Shawn Michaels easily wins. Michaels has had the higher amount of great matches (Even if some are overrated) while Jericho can't decide whether to be great or mediocre.
