I'm going with Benoit for being far superior in 2000, for having more good-great matches over the decade despite dying in 2007, for giving Kane a very good match etc. Angle has been in some of my favourite matches but the greatness started to dry up a few years ago. I don't blame him for not doing much of note in TNA necessarily, but even before that, outside the Undertaker match and the HBK matches I can't think of too many great Angle matches from 2004-2006. Overall I think Benoit was better at getting the best out of people, as his matches with Finlay, Kane, MVP etc show.

Yeah, I can't think of any great Angle carryjobs. Having good matches with Benoit, 2006 Undertaker, Austin, Rock wasn't exactly a challenge. Benoit got a good match out of Orlando Jordan of all people and carried loads of guys.

Finlay is a very good wrestler, but as you mentioned. It's all a matter of opinion. I personally feel that Finlay now, is better than Angle now. And I'm an Angle mark.

Benoit wins this hands down. Angle may entertain me more on the mic, but in the ring theirs no contest between what Benoit has done and what Angle has done. Angle's had soe stunningly great matches. Benoit's had more.

Wasn't expecting this so soon.

Both have done great work this decade, even against each other. To me, Angle wins. He debuted and became one of the greatest. I really don't think he has the consistency r chemistry Benoit did, but he's had the better decade in many other ways.
