Big fan of both, as most are, but even though Eddie wrestled for longer this decade, he wasn't anything special back in 2000-2001 when he was still establishing himself. Rock was the top guy pretty much as soon as the decade started and began putting on great matches left and right. I think he has Eddie beat here, despite some great matches from Eddie during the last few years of his life.

Eddie's a better wrestler than Rock realistically, but I'm voting Rock. All round package taken into account, I'd rather have Rock and have preferred him this decade.
Plus as everyone's said, he had some great matches too, possibly more than Eddie actually.

I think Rock was a better wrestler than Eddie tbh. Had more good-great matches and was more entertaining, although both were great obviously.

lol, dont act like Eddie doesn't have great matches to his name. His Smackdown '05 match with Angle was better than Rock/Angle, his Vengeance match with Benoit is just as good as Rock/Benoit (just on smaller scale and with the screwy finish) and his match with Lesnar was worlds better than Rock/Lesnar (not that I blame Rocky for that). Most of Eddie's best matches are probably TV matches surprisingly, like the June '05 match with Rey.
And I think Jericho/Goldberg may have been better~!
