The Last Man Standing against Triple H and the Undertaker match at Wrestlemania 18 also come to mind.
Oh and I liked the Foley match too.

If this was Best of All Time, Flair would be a clear winner. Flair hasn't done much in the last 9 years though, Rey has had a great decade.

Mysterio for sure. While Flair has had some pretty good matches this decade, Mysterio has had more, and is more consistent. Flair in the 2000s was alright but just nothing matching up to Mysterio. While I'm not a fan of WWE Mysterio, I certainly don't dislike him either. WCW Mysterio was all around awesome. In WWE, the kiddy appeal just drives me away from being an actual fan of his. Anyways, Mysterio gets my final vote.
