I love Finlay, but he was treated horrible in WCW prior to his injury and didn't return to action until early 2006. Homicide has excelled in nearly every match type.
Homicide easily wins.

Yeah LAX were a great team who have put on great matches, and everything I have seen from Homicide as a singles star in ROH has been great. I'd go with Homicide.

What has Finlay really done besides having a midget sidekick? Homicide easily. He had the memorable feud with Cabana, the very memorable chase for the ROH title and was in one of the hottest tag teams, LAX.

Finlay had a lot of good stuff in 2006 with guys like Benoit and Rey and is really good carrying rookies.
That said, I am going for 'Cide yeah. The dude is so versatile, great in brawls, great on the mat, great in tags or in singles, you name it the dude can work it.
