Lesnar was around for 2 years. That's a 5th of the decade. I hardly think that's enough to compare with Edge, even if for those 2 years, he was better than Edge has ever been.

I was mad at my hat for drawing these against each other because neither really have any business being in this.
I'm leaning towards Lesnar, he had better matches with Taker, Eddie, Benoit, and more or less anyone they both faced at some point in their careers. Lesnar was terrible in Japan but I'm not sure that outweighs the crap Edge has been roping out the last 4 or 5 years. I think I'd take Lesnar's best over Edge's best and it's not particularly close. Not voting yet though.

I went for Edge because he has had some excellent matches over the decade in my opinion my favourite probably being the Mania match with Foley. Lesnar was only around for a few years so not really fair that he is in the poll.

Lesnar may be slightly better as a wrestler, but Edge is very good and in every other aspect he is easily better (like promo skills, getting a reaction from the crowd, etc.).
Steventon, if this tournament was based on wrestling skill (like you said in another thread), then Lesnar would deserve to make it to the finals.

Has to be Edge for me. Lesnar was and still is (check UFC) a freak of nature and his short time in WWE was outstanding.. but Edge has been near the top and consistent for the entire decade.
