This one of the toughest matches I think there can be in the first round because their so even and I can see this going either way. This is my 2,500 post but in the end, Roberts was more psychological and cunning and dark while DiBiase played the smooth and cunning heel. depending on your differences of what you prefer it can go either way but in the end, I'm saying Jake The Snake Roberts.

The Million Dollar Man is in my top five best wrestlers, not particularly for ring work, which he wasn't too bad at, but because his was the most well deveolped, and excellently portrayed character of that era.

Jake was an awesome heel, but Ted's still my boy.

Loved The Million Dollar Man as a kid. Absolutely loved him and that laugh. It's also an amazing gimmick that really should and could still be used today.

This is hands down the best match of the first round. As great as DiBiase was as a heel, Roberts' 1991-1992 heel one resulted in one of the most evil, sadistic and fucked up heels of all time. From sicking a snake on Randy Savage, crashing the wedding reception, slapping Elizabeth to his most fucked up interview afterward where he basically gets off on the thrill of slapping Elizabeth. The character was just done to perfection. There's evil heels, but Snake took the art of being a heel to a whole new level. Suddenly, all of the other heels looked like tweeners compared to Roberts.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards Roberts alot too, whilest DiBiase may have been a total asshole he never came across as EVIL like Roberts did.

I was gonna vote Ted until I read the posts here. I remember him kicking a basketball away from a kid when he said he was gonna give him a bunch of money if he could dribble the ball a certain number of times. Then I read how although he was hated he was never really evil like jake Jake so that pretty much swayed me. It's a shame they're against each other in the first round because they could easily both be in the finals of this tourney.
