Arn was heel throughout his active career and was part of one of the biggest factions ever. Jarrett has been TNA's top heel since it's begining and was the top heel in WCW's dying days.

But who was the better heel?

Arn Anderson was the better heel. Whether as a Horseman in WCW or a Brain Buster in the WWF(E), "The Enforcer" lived up to his name. In terms of drawing heat, his mic skills were second only to Ric Flair in the Horsemen brood. Whether he was a Tag-Team or TV Champion, Anderson made you want to cheer for the opponent. Plus, he helped elevate the National Wrestling Alliance, Georgia Championship Wrestling, World Championship Wrestling and to a degree helped build a solid tag-team division in the WWF(E). Meanwhile, Jarrett had flip-flopped from the WCW and WWF, because of being fired, not because it was the right time to go. Plus, Arn Anderson helped dominate the industry in companies not owned by himself or his father. Therefore, in terms of the best heel for this match, I will go with "Double A," especially since he'd probably have Flair and Blanchard run interference.

While both were successful heels, I'm going to give the nod to Anderson. The main difference between the two was that while people loved to hate Anderson, Jarrett has received a lot of 'Get the fuck out of the ring' reactions. That's not heel heat, that's having people want to see anyone else, but you.

Pretty much every time I've seen Anderson in a tag match he's been a masterful heel who could single-handedly get the fans behind a total jobber and make them look good if he needed to.

Jarrett, in TNA especially, has just been a poor-man's Triple H.
